How to use it

FREEZE

Fill the roller head with water and place it in the freezer for 2 h. Ready every morning.

ROLL

2 minutes over jaw, cheekbones and under the eyes. Cold tightens the tissue.

DRAIN

Gua sha for 2 minutes, from the center of the face toward the ears, then down the neck.

2 hours is enough. Many people keep the head in the freezer permanently: it's ready every morning.

Sensitive skin?+

Use the roller on clean skin, without pressing hard, and keep it to 2 minutes per area. If in doubt (rosacea, lesions), ask a professional first.
