Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller identity
The SCULPT™ website ("the Site") is operated by Adrien Derville, a sole trader (micro-entreprise) based in France. Contact: via our contact form. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the Site.
Article 2 — Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by SCULPT™: cosmetic care accessories (face ice roller, contour gua sha, silicone back brush, scalp massager, body exfoliating roller), sold individually or as kits. Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Current offers are: the Complete Routine Pack at €34.99, the Face Kit at €24.99 and the Body Kit at €19.99. SCULPT™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in effect when the order is confirmed. Any shipping fees are shown before payment is confirmed.
Article 4 — Order and payment
Orders are finalized through our payment provider Stripe, which accepts payment by credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank details never pass through SCULPT™'s servers: they are processed directly and exclusively by Stripe, according to PCI-DSS security standards. An order is only considered final once payment is confirmed by Stripe and the customer receives a confirmation email.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation, then shipped to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland. Observed delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from shipment. These timeframes are indicative and a reasonable delay cannot give rise to order cancellation or damages.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason or pay a penalty. The product must be returned unused, new, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.
Article 7 — Warranties
All products sold by SCULPT™ come with the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity or a hidden defect, the customer may request repair, replacement or a refund of the product, under the conditions provided by law.
Article 8 — Complaints and contact
For any question, complaint or return request, the customer can contact SCULPT™ via our contact form. A response is provided within a reasonable time, generally within 48 business hours.
Article 9 — Governing law and mediation
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after a prior step with SCULPT™'s customer service, the consumer customer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
